~ YOGA PRIVATE CLASSES ~

I teach private classes online or in Lisbon. Those are my favorite because I can really adapt to the person’s needs, wants and level.

Every class starts with a small meditation or pranayama (breathing techniques) before stretching the body.  Then comes a few sun salutations, some sequences of asanas (yoga postures) and savasana (relaxation) with often some essential oils and neck and head massage.
